Pascal Wherlein Fit To Take Part In Second Pre-Season Test
Sauber announced today on their Facebook page that Wherlein has now recovered from his Race Of Champions accident and is able to take part in the second and final F1 pre-season test.
The young German driver sustained a back injury after a crash in the ROC Miami event which kept him out of testing the new car last week and as such Ferrari junior driver Antonio Giovanazzi stood in for him. He will be keen to get back into the car as with a new team for 2017 he will have a lot of learning to catch up on.
